CALL FOR  BIDS: General Contractor PROJECT:  Family Health Center, Omak Medical Center- Dental Clinic- BID SET 1003 Koala Dr. Omak, Washington 98841 BID DEADLINE: 12:00 PM, October 17th , 2024 1. Bids shall be electronically submitted and emailed to ALSC Architects Sheila Boyce sboyce@alscarchitects.com.  Prospective General Contractor bidders may obtain digital drawings and specifications beginning September 19th , 2024. 2. Bidders may obtain project documents at www.alscarchitectsplanroom.com. Digital documents may be downloaded at no cost. Printed documents are available, at bidders expense, by choosing the “Order Prints” option. 3. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted Monday, September 30th from11:00am-1:00pm. 4. All bidder questions shall be submitted to ALSC Architects at sboyce@alscarchitects.com no later than October 8th . 5.
